Lower Body Lift

A lower body lift is a surgical procedure typically performed to remove excess skin from the abdomen, outside of the thighs, and the buttocks. The surgery is usually performed on patients that have lost a moderate to significant amount of weight either from weight loss surgery or after pregnancy. A lower body lift results in tightening of the abdominal skin and lifting of the outside of the thigh and buttock skin. The operation involves an incision that goes completely around the waist below the belt line.
